In Memory of Virgil Price III
Our Story
Born off the Atlantic coast of Florida, from a friendship and a dog who never stopped watching.
Shaped by the Sea
Virgil Price III was a freediver. No tanks. No apparatus. Just lungs and nerve. He trained along the waters of Palm Beach, Florida, and held a personal record of 270+ feet on a single breath.
The founder of Delilah captained boats off the same coast. On trips with Virgil, they'd talk—about the country, about how people get blindsided by laws they never knew existed.

Virgil Price III & Delilah
The Last Dive
May 2024The Halsey shipwreck. Thirteen miles off Fort Pierce. Virgil went under. He didn't come back up. The Coast Guard searched thirty-six hours across fourteen hundred miles of open ocean. They never found him.

Virgil had two black labs—Daisy and Delilah. They rode out on every trip. While he was underwater, Delilah would stand at the edge of the deck—ears up, eyes on the surface, completely still. The second he came up, she'd settle.
The original watchdog.

After Virgil was gone, those conversations turned into a question: why is it so hard for ordinary people to see what their government is doing? The image of Delilah on that deck—alert, unwavering—became the answer. Build a watchdog. One that tracks every bill, every vote, every legislator, across all 50 states.
D.E.L.I.L.A.H.
Named for the technology. Named for the dog. Both do the same thing by watching over what matters.
Every bill. Every vote. Every legislator. All 50 states. Because someone should always be watching.
