Joseph Visconti

Joseph Visconti

Founder & CEO

Joseph is the Founder and CEO of Delilah. A former Florida Gubernatorial Fellow and recipient of the Jeb Bush Award for Outstanding Achievement in Public Policy, he envisioned a platform that blends AI, data engineering, and social connectivity to break down barriers between citizens and democracy.

Recognizing that his generation grew up with social media as a primary communication medium, Joseph envisioned a platform that could harness this familiarity—blending artificial intelligence, data engineering, and social connectivity to break down the traditional barriers between citizens and their democracy. His mission is to ensure this generation leaves democracy more accessible, transparent, and engaged than ever before.

A former Florida Gubernatorial Fellow, Joseph served in the Florida Department of Commerce, where he worked directly with senior leadership to modernize state programs and craft forward-looking policy. During his fellowship, he received the Jeb Bush Award for Outstanding Achievement in Public Policy for his proposal establishing the Office of AI Readiness—an initiative designed to integrate artificial intelligence into government operations to drive efficiency, transparency, and innovation.

Following his fellowship, Joseph joined the Executive Office of the Governor, State of Florida, where he focused on AI implementation, software engineering, and government efficiency. He led a software engineering team building AI automation to uncover waste, fraud, and abuse across state government—work for which he was awarded the Hoffman Public Service Incentive Award, a recognition from the Hoffman Endowment given to Florida Gubernatorial Fellows who continue in salaried public service after their fellowship.
